Our standard UK and Northern Ireland delivery is free of charge (excluding remote areas). We aim to deliver the majority of our rugs within 7 working days of placing your order, although we do ask that you allow up to 14 working days.
Can my rug be delivered to an address other than my billing address?
Yes we can deliver your rug to an address that is more convenient for you, such as your place of work or a relative, simply enter this into the delivery address at checkout.
What if I miss the delivery
If you miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card through your door with a phone number to call. Simply call this number and tell the couriers what day you would like them to re-deliver on and they will arrange this for you free of charge.
Can my order be left with a neighbour if I am not at home?
Yes, our couriers may try to deliver your order to a neighbour if you are not at home to receive the delivery. UNLESS you request that we do not leave your order with a neighbour in which case we will instruct our couriers to deliver to your address only.
What if my order arrives damaged
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please contact us immediately and if the damage has been caused in transit we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Can my order be left in my porch, shed, garage etc?
Our couriers do require that you sign for your order upon delivery. We can only leave your rug without a signature if you email us stating that you will take full responsibility should the goods go missing or become damaged as a result of being left without a signature.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, when your rug is ready to be despatched a delivery tracking number is e-mailed to you allowing you to track the progress of your delivery online and see what day it is due to arrive.
What happens if the product I ordered is not what I expected?
If you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm acceptance of your return, you must securely package your purchase and return it at your expense within 7 working days. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the rug we will issue a refund less the delivery charges. (See Returns Info)
Can I order Online and collect in store?
Yes, simply select collect in store at checkout, followed by which of our 7 stores you wish to collect your purchase. We will then email you when your rug is available for collection.
